Thank you for visiting the Larry D. Large Foundation website.  Here you will find information on current Foundation activities including building projects, family assistance and educational programs.  You can actually see your donations working to help these families.  Since it's founding in 2001 the Foundation has provided in excess of $1.75 million US dollars in support to the community of Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, Mexico (Rocky Point).  The 2007 Cinco de Mayo event raised more than $104,000 to help fund our programs.  In 2006, 96% of funds received went directly to our programs.  The Foundation has no expenses for personnel as ALL STAFF are volunteers.

The Larry D. Large Foundation was created in 2001 as a US tax deductible 501(c)(3) charity to give back to the community, primarily in Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, Mexico.  Many visitors have asked how they can help with living conditions, donations and more.  The goal of the Larry D. Large Foundation is to assist the wonderful people of Puerto Peñasco in five principle areas - Education, Health Care, Family Support, Community Support and Housing.

If you are interested in donating, please visit our donations page.  Ask your accountant about the advantages of donating to a 501(c)(3) entity.  We are accepting donations of clothing, medical supplies: such as bandages, sealed over-the-counter medications and vitamins.  We are also accepting donations of used sporting equipment; such as balls, bats, glove, etc.  You may ship your donations to our offices in Tucson at 2470 W.
